Surf Camp Bali is located at Bingin beach, one of themost recognized surf spots of Bali.
The atmosphere here is very tranquil and relaxed, but only a short taxi drive away you can go

The surf school holds classes for 2,5 hours followed by some

LEVEL OF FITNESS
Participants should have average to above average level of fitness.
All participants should be able to swim 200m under 4 minutes (min. requirement)
Good training for the surf camp would be to swim regularly, jog or participate in any regular sports before joining.

SURFING LEVEL
The group will be split into beginner and intermediate level during our orientation.
Beginner group will consists of individuals with no surf experience or those with very little exposure to surfing e.g. never tried surfing or those who have tried a few times.
Intermediate group will consists of individuals who have some surfing experience, but not very regular e.g. those with a little more than a week or two surf experience in a year.

SURFING IN LOMBOK

Lombok is also known for its best secret surf point, The Desert Point. Still very isolated but for most Australian surfers they named it as "Desert Point", located in South West cost of Lombok. Desert Point also known as Bangko bangko beach. A long walled and incredibly hollow left hander that on its day can break up to 300 meters, growing in size from takeoff to end. Best between 3-8 ft. Surfing in Lombok is much less hassle than in Kuta Beach Bali.

For the last few years, Bangko bangko or Desert Point stays undeveloped. No resort's facilities or restaurants. Most surfers hire a car and camp (overnight). They carry their own meals and beverages.
The new development of an International 5 stars Holiday Resort "The Sundancer" will change a bit of the area settings, which is will be good for Lombok's future of Tourism development. Kuta Beach & South Coast of Lombok (The Gerupuk Beach) also offer good quality of surf. You may need to hire boat from locals to take you to the wave's point.

If you stay in Kuta Beach Lombok, ask around, many locals surfer will guide you to find the waves. Other place in Lombok for surfing is the west coast of Gili Air, and Gili Trawangan. Most travellers with surf in their mind charter a Yacht or Boat from Bali in a group. One of the charter company available is: Dreamweaver Surf, own by an Australian.

WHERE YOU CAN FIND WAVE IN BALI...???

CANGGU

SANUR
The wave in the Sanur coast good to surfing around November up until February and the height of his wave reached 8-10 foot.
Was located in the Denpasar Municipality region.

KUTA

Several names of the location coast surfing that was famous in the Uluwatu area: Suluban, Padang-Padang, Labuhan Sait, Bingin/Impossible, Dreamland and Balangan.

NUSA DUA
In this region that was famous was the Srilanka coast that had the wave that was good for surfing.
Nusa Dua be at a distance 17 km from Denpasar and really was good for surfing in the month November-February with the height of the wave reached 8-10 foot.
The Nikko coast that was located next south the Nusa Dua region was the busy coast was visited surfer.

MEDEWI

To get to Medewi you have to drive north west from Kuta for around 2-2.5 hours of hell traffic, best to leave early in the morning and beat most of it.
